1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Flush & Flow Plumbing & Gas for any plumbing, gasfitting, or related services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes are comprehensive and free of charge. The price you are quoted is the price you pay, provided the scope of work does not change after the quote has been accepted. If additional work is required outside the agreed scope, this will be discussed and a new quote or hourly rate will be agreed upon before work commences.

3. Workmanship Guarantee

All workmanship provided by Flush & Flow carries a 2-year guarantee from the date of completion. This guarantee covers the labour and workmanship of the installation or repair. It does not cover manufacturer defects in supplied parts or materials, which are subject to their respective manufacturer warranties.

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon receipt of invoice following the completion of work. We accept bank transfers and major credit cards. Late payments may incur additional administrative or collection fees.

5. Certifying Work

As a Certifying Plumber and Gasfitter, Flush & Flow is legally authorized to sign off and certify plumbing and gasfitting work. All relevant certificates will be provided to you and/or lodged with the appropriate authorities upon completion and full payment of the project.

6. Liability

Flush & Flow holds comprehensive AIG Public Liability Insurance. We will take all reasonable care while working on your property and ensure the premises are left clean and tidy. However, we are not liable for pre-existing issues or unforeseeable structural complications discovered during the course of our work.
